Russia Wins World Championships

Alex Semin scored two goals and added an assist in leading Russia to a 6-2 win over Slovakia at the IIHF World Championships. Alex Ovechkin had two assists playing with Semin and Pavel Datsyuk. Former Capital Semyon Varlamov was the backstop for Russia and Caps prospect Evgeni Kuznetsov was also a memeber of the gold winning squad.

Now I wonder, is this the last time we see Ovechkin and Semin playing together until the Olympics?
